Beste Atheïst, wat maken jullie je druk om leugens van het creationisme. Als alles toch maar blind toeval is, is er geen morele standaard. Waar zou die standaard immers vandaan komen als alles materie is en geen onstoffelijke zaken kunnen bestaan?  Dus goed of fout kunnen niet gebruikt worden. Wie zou zeggen als survival of the fittest waar is dat 

Hitler fout zat? Wie kan zo'n moreel oordeel vellen als alles toeval is. Dan kan er geen denkraam bestaan over morele waarden of universele waarden. Wie zegt dan dat een creatonist of atheist het juist heeft? Je kan die discussie niet eens voeren. En als er toch geen Schepper of God is, zijn er ook geen atheïsten. Er is immers heen godheid om af te wijzen toch?

Beste FJ,

Elders op mijn site leg ik uit hoe je als atheïst een moraal kunt hebben. Hitler zat fout omdat hij ongelofelijk veel mensen gigantisch veel leed berokkend heeft. Leed is niet iets onstoffelijks en is voor een atheist net zo reëel als voor een gelovige. Daarom moeten we zinloos leed zo veel mogelijk proberen te voorkomen, en waar dat niet kan proberen te verzachten. Een atheïst wijst goden niet af, maar het geloof daarin.
