Ik moet nog beginnen met het doorspitten van e.e.a. maar dat houdt me even van de straat. 

Even over het woord atheïsme. Ik besef dat er geen andere keus is, maar ik heb een bloedhekel aan dat woord: a-theïsme lijkt aan te geven dat het een uitzondering op de regel is, terwijl toch duidelijk het theïsme uitgevonden is door de mens.

Ik vind dat de nadruk teveel wordt gelegd op het bewijzen van het niet bestaan van goden. Terwijl het bestaan ervan zou moeten worden bewezen, dan wel overtuigend onderbouwd.

In elk geval: fijn dat deze site er is.

Beste Henk,

Ik ben er ook niet helemaal gelukkig mee, maar het is historisch zo gegroeid omdat de meerderheid gelovig is. Ik gebruik het woord trouwens ook niet zo veel: in het dagelijks leven heb ik het er überhaupt zelden over, en als het al ter spraken komt, geef ik aan dat ik niet geloof. Alleen in een echte discussie profileer ik me als een atheïst.
