Ik heb met aandacht gelezen hoe Jezus niet de persoon kan zijn waar Jesaja 53 het  over heeft. Wat ik me nu wel afvraag is over wie hij het dan wel heeft. Hij heeft het duidelijk over iemand die nog moet komen. Het onderuithalen van jesaja is 1 ding, nu nog de uitleg wat hij dan wel bedoelt anders blijven we gissen.

Beste Jaap, 

Waaruit maakt u op dat het om iemand gaat die nog moet komen? De tekst is immers in de verleden tijd geschreven. De dienaar waar deze passage over gaat, wordt door de meeste experts gezien als het Joodse volk.
