Beste Bart

Ik ben als echte gelovige een volslagen rationeel iemand (vgl Rom.12:2/nbg), en geloof daarom in een God die zichzelf Logica noemt (Joh.1:1 grondtekst). Daarom vond ik jouw reactie van; "Wat moet ik ermee", volslagen irrationeel en onwetenschappelijk. Het deed me denken aan mensen die niet geloven, dat er race wedstrijden kunnen worden gehouden met auto's. Op een parcours dat niet groter is dan de diameter van een mensenhaar. En ik stuur vervolgens zo'n iemand het krantenartikel toe, en die schrijft dan; "Wat moet ik ermee". Goede wetenschap begint altijd bij goede fantasie. Dus spreek je fantasie aan, en laat mij weten hoe jouw fantasie deze getallen opvat. Dan hebben we ieder geval een minimalistisch idee, vanuit jou kant uit gezien, waarmee we misschien wat mee kunnen doen.

Beste Dirk,

U citeert uit een boek (de Bijbel) waarvan zelf de intellectuele geloofwaardigheid ter discussie staat. Deze Bijbel opvoeren als argument voor rationaliteit is daarmee niet erg rationeel. Voor een rationele discussie is het van belang dat er een heldere stelling geformuleerd wordt die onderbouwd wordt met argumenten, redeneringen en feiten. Uw vorige reactie (13 juli) bestaat echter uit een opeenstapeling van losse uitspraken, Bijbelverwijzingen en getallen, zonder enige duidelijke redenering.
